President & Co-Founder
Joseph Gissy is a dynamic entrepreneur and finance industry expert, renowned for his dedication to empowering financial advisors and entrepreneurs to scale their businesses in the digital age. He is widely recognized across various social media platforms, where he shares his insights, expertise, and strategies for success. As the CEO and founder of Skyline Digital Consulting, LLC, Joseph leads a groundbreaking platform that specializes in helping financial advisors thrive in today’s ever changing marketing landscape.
Joseph’s entrepreneurial journey began with nearly a decade dedicated in the consumer products industry in Los Angeles, where he successfully launched multiple renowned brands. However, his growing interest in the financial sector led him to transition his focus. In 2010, Joseph joined Capital Management Services, Inc. as a trader for the company. By 2014, he had evolved into a financial advisor, catering to high-net-worth individuals, and eventually ascended to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Today, Joseph’s primary focus is on equipping financial advisors and entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital realm.
Jim Vitalie
CEO & Co-Founder
Jim Vitalie has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and is known for building and transforming businesses. He has inspired profitable innovation that led to many industry-first achievements. His career spans wealth and asset management and FinTech, in public, venture and private companies. He has been the CEO or President in the following companies, James Alpha Holdings, FDX Capital, Curian Capital, Foliofn Institutional, CBIZ Wealth Management and Retirement Services—a division of Century Business Services (CBZ) and Allbridge Solutions. Jim’s expertise also extends to his earlier work as a Partner at The Benefits Group and as a Corporate Law Associate with Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott.
Throughout his career, Jim has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to integrity and credibility in the financial sector, guiding companies toward sustainable growth and value creation.
He also has been an independent trustee of a public mutual fund, an executive officer of a mutual fund trust and currently serves on the Board of The Joshua School, a school for children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
